The rights to all artwork remain exclusively owned by Renjitha Anoop, even after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions of any kind. We kindly remind our customers that purchasing any item, whether original or otherwise, does not include the right to create an NFT of the piece, reproduce it in any form, or distribute it for profit or any other purpose.  When you purchase an original painting, you are acquiring the physical object to have and enjoy. However, you do not own the copyright to it.

Customers are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any form without Renjitha Anoop's express written permission. Feel free to showcase your purchased collections on social media! It's always our pleasure to get feedback and share on various social media platforms.

Products & Services

Once the customer has taken possession of the goods, our responsibility for them ends. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for products that have been mishandled by customers. Mishandling includes smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging works.

Every print undergoes meticulous inspection multiple times before passing quality control for shipment, ensuring that only flawless reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.

Please ensure that you carefully read and review the product descriptions before making a purchase. Failure to review the provided information may result in no compensation.

Order Processing and Shipping

Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by a variety of factors. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order.

All prints are made to order, so consider this when estimating your delivery date. We can expedite some orders; please reach out to us if your order is urgent. Our processing time is typically 3-10 business days.

We ship to the address you provide, so check your order dispatch email to ensure the address is correct. While we cannot accept liability for deliveries to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will try our best to find a resolution. If you need to change the address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

We ship worldwide! Please be advised that delivery may take up to 30 business days, depending on the country and the customs processing time.

We may offer special promotions waiving delivery charges under certain conditions. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or extend these offers.

Import Duties and Taxes

We do not collect any taxes on your behalf. When an order is shipped outside of Canada, the customer/collector is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.

 

IMPORTANT!

Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges for the shipment to proceed to its destination.

We are not responsible for paying these costs or replacing goods seized by customs. If you refuse to accept shipments due to duties and taxes, we are not responsible for the fate of the goods.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

All sales are final. Got a defective item? We've got you covered. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with details of the defect. We will review the details submitted from your side and inform you via email if you qualify for a replacement. If you are eligible, we will provide a replacement product at no extra charge.
