All items are shipped from Canada.
Order Processing Time
Most of our products are created to order, so it usually takes 3 - 10 business days to prepare an order. Our processing times can be found in the product description.
Please note that all prints are produced to order, so keep that in mind when estimating the desired delivery date. We can rush the production of some orders. So, if your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order.
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for Renjitha to prepare your original for shipment.
Delivery Time Estimates
Please note that the delivery times we provide are just estimates. The actual delivery time may vary, so please get in touch with us before placing a time-sensitive order.
US & Canada: 3 to 10 Business Days.
International: 3 to 15 Business Days.
Please be aware that in some countries, parcels arriving from Canada may take an additional 15 days to clear customs.
Lost or Damaged Items
Our shipping providers insure all the shipments we send out. If your items are lost in transit or arrived damaged, please email us, and we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.
Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is correct. We post all deliveries to the address provided by customers. Renjitha Anoop/Renjitha Anoop Art Studio accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If there is an issue of any kind with your order, please contact us within 3 business days from receiving the order or the "order delivered" notification. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to replace your order based on the shipment insurance policy.
Returns and Refusals
Renjitha Anoop Art will not be responsible for the fate of the goods where customers refuse to accept shipments because they have changed their minds or where duties and taxes are payable. Please ensure you are aware of the import fees, taxes, and procedures in your country before placing your order.
If your order is returned to us for any other reason, the items will be sent back at the customer's expense. If the customer refuses to cover the re-shipping costs, the items will be disposed of.
Duties and Taxes
Renjitha Anoop Art is not responsible for any import fees associated with any purchased products. This includes custom pieces, original artworks, and fine art merchandise.
The checkout total does not include any applicable taxes and duties that may be levied by the customs agency in the destination country. These charges vary from country to country, and the customs agency will inform the recipient by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges. Failure to pay these charges will result in the shipment being returned to the studio.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any duties, value-added tax, or any other similar charges.
We ship WORLDWIDE, however, due to various reasons, we may not be able to ship to certain destinations. If you think we should be able to ship to your location, please contact us.
